EVS achieves EcoVadis Gold Medal and Ranks Among the Top 5% of Companies Worldwide
After three consecutive years earning the EcoVadis Silver Medal (Top 15%), EVS has reached a new milestone by achieving the EcoVadis Gold Medal for its sustainability performance. EcoVadis, the world’s leading provider of business sustainability ratings, now ranks EVS among the top 5% of companies globally in the Technology / Mid-Size Companies category.
Pierre Matelart, Chief People Officer at EVS, said: “Achieving the EcoVadis Gold Medal for the first time is a major milestone for EVS and a success we all share. It reflects more than five years of collective efforts by our Team Members worldwide to embed sustainability, ethics, and responsible practices into how we operate every day. This recognition demonstrates that sustainable business performance is built through engaged Team Members, strong governance, and a long-term commitment to doing business responsibly.”
The EcoVadis assessment evaluates how effectively organizations integrate Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) principles into their strategies, operations, and management systems. The methodology covers four key pillars (Environment, Labor & Human Rights, Ethics, and Sustainable Procurement) and assesses performance across 21 criteria.
In 2026, EVS increased its overall EcoVadis score from 70 to 80 out of 100, reflecting substantial progress across the organization and marking a significant step forward in the maturity of its ESG practices. This advancement reflects both a significant improvement in absolute performance and a stronger relative ranking among peers worldwide.
